Particle filter-pressure tester 0-1000 mbar

Particle filter differential pressure measuring device for quick and easy failure diagnosis. The pressure measurement is carried out on the test device side via a connected pressure sensor, which is connected to the hose connection of the particle filter pressure sensor. The measurement provides quick information about the condition of the particle filter system and the sequence of the regeneration phases. There are speed-dependent reference values which can be adjusted to evaluate the particle filter.

General particle filter differential pressure guide values:
02 -10 mbar = Particle filter differential pressure inconspicuous
10 -20 mbar = particle filter cleaning or regeneration necessary
20 -40 mbar = Particle filter must be replaced
(all measured values at a speed between 800 -900 rpm)
