Universal under vehicle engine and gearbox support

A user-friendly universal engine and gearbox support, which is not a base unit with adapters, but one unit with scissor jack. The hook on the tool is located on the underside of the vehicle directly, or with the aid of the included orange strap. The spindles are then screwed up tight to the vehicle underside therefore counterbalancing the scissor jack under the engine or gearbox.

This tool is excellent during the removal of the top engine mount when timing belt replacement is being carried out. The tool allows the engine to be supported whilst the vehicle is still at ground level and without a bulky top engine support in the way of working. Another reported benefit is when a gearbox is being removed to be sent away the vehicle can be lowered and removed from the ramp freeing up valuable workshop time.
